Scalia’s dead! Sad as that is for family and friends, it should be acknowledged that some people will literally be dancing in the streets. Because, now, without a guaranteed right-wing majority, the Supreme Court might start acting like a true Supreme Court, and render impartial, emphasize “impartial”, decisions.
